In February 2011 we decided to put our home at 31-33 Tierney Drive on the market. Over the last 4 years we have watched Coast Creek & Country Realty gain momentum in property sales in the area.

Nils actually contacted us looking for homes for sale and the timing was right for us, so we invited him around to view our home with the intention of listing it for sale.

We knew of Nils being a local agent but this was our first face to face meeting with him. Both Gail and I were very comfortable with his approach and his knowledge of the local property market. He helped us feel relaxed about the process particularly as this was in fact a very emotional move for us aTs we loved our home and have lived here for almost 19 years. Within 2 weeks of listing our home we were Under Contract and we’ve been kept up to date at all stages on the progress of our sale.

If you are thinking of selling soon, both Darren and I want to share with you our recent selling experience with Nils from Coast Creek and Country Realty at Currumbin Waters.

We are believers in giving the locals a “fair go” so we called Nils out and immediately felt comfortable with him because he was so relaxed in his approach to selling our home and put us at ease when it came to the sale of it..

Over the years we have dealt with a lot of agents who are just to “pushy”. We listed our home at 116 Bienvenue Drive for $530,000 and as a result of the buyers arguing over the home we ended up with $555,000.

Needless to say we were very happy.with Nils service. We bought another home unfortunately not through Nils and were immediately reminded of past experiences that we had with other agents. We will always use Nils and will always recommend him to anyone we meet.
